How do I find what I'm looking for?

Depending on whether or not you have an idea what you're looking for, there are two key ways to navigate the website.


This way might be a little more time-consuming, but you're guaranteed to be inspired when you start looking round our website. We've categorised our collection to make searching a little easier. You'll also find accessories and related items within these categories too, perfect for completing your look!


The best way to find what you are looking for quickly is to use the search function. It's best to keep it simple when it comes to searching, so here are a few tips:

Check your spelling
Use as few words as possible
Use spaces
Use single words
Avoid using plurals
There's no need to include words like 'and' and 'the'

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Our website is synchronised every 5 minutes to provide up to date information about stock levels. We also check stock when you place orders, but sometimes we will not be able to reserve stock due to system update (but this happens rarely.) If your order for an item was not reserved, you will be contacted by a Customer Service Advisor.

I'm unsure what size to order

Whilst we do our best to ensure all our costumes are true to size, like many high street retailers, you may find that sizes differ slightly between brands. If you’re between sizes, we recommend you order a size larger, as it's much easier to adjust a costume to make it smaller than it is to make it bigger.

Do you accept other currencies?

At present, we accept British Pound (GBP) only.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Paypal.

I want to return an item, how do I do this?

An order can be cancelled if has not started processing yet. You can cancel an order by contact us with your Order Details. Once cancelled an automatic refund will be processed.

If you have already received your order, please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on how to return unwanted or faulty items to us.

How much is postage?

This depends on the type of postage you selected at the checkout and the value of your order.

When will my order arrive?

We do our best to ship orders on the day of purchase if you place your order before the cut off time of 4pm (excluding bank holidays and weekends).

You can track your order online using the link in your despatch email. You should receive your order within 5 working days.

The product I ordered is damaged

We're sorry the item you ordered is damaged or faulty, and we hope you’ll give us chance to put this right. Please refer to our  Returns Policy for full details.

An item I bought is now cheaper; can I have a refund?

The prices of all are costumes and accessories are correct at their time of publication. We reserve the right to alter, amend or change the price of any product at any time without notice. If an item you bought is now cheaper, we’re not obliged to refund you the difference.

The price of an item has recently gone up; can I pay the lower price?

Prices can increase for a variety of reasons, particularly in relation to our suppliers. All prices are correct at the time of publication, and we’re not obliged to sell any item at a previously lower price.

Can I cancel an order?

An order can be cancelled if has not started processing yet. You can cancel an order by contacting our Customer Service Team on 03303 338 099.

What should I do if an item doesn't fit?

We are unable to send replacement items. Please refer to our  Return Policy . for full details on how to return unwanted or faulty items to us.

How should I wash my item?

All of our costumes and accessories come with a care label, and you should refer to these particular labels when deciding how to wash and care for your item.

Since we use a wide variety of costume material including vinyl, plush fur, leather and velvet, we recommend that all items are dry cleaned only to ensure the best care for your product .

What is your VAT policy?

All of the prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. Please refer to our  Terms & Conditions for more information.
